Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property and any materials they provide to us for use in our services. We grant clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables created specifically for them as part of our services, solely for their internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our material on our Service without our express written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

In the event of a dispute regarding any charge, you must notify us within 60 days of the date of the charge, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
